Puppy Vet Check
12/11/2019 all puppies were taken to the Vet for their health wellness check before they can go to their adoptive homes. The vet told us that they were all very healthy. He was particularly surprised that with the litter size that no puppies were lost during birth and that all the puppies were clear from any intestinal worms (Apparently litters of puppies still have worms after deworming but all of our puppies had no signs of worms). The only issue of all twelve puppies, was one of them had a tick that the Vet removed. The Vet told us that we have done a great job with the puppies. This of course made us feel like great that we have cared for these puppies as they should have. We look forward to each of you coming in the next few weeks to take your puppy home. We know everyone is exited and we couldn't be happier for the homes that were chosen for each of these puppies.
Currently we have four puppies left for homes but have some visitors coming this weekend to check out puppies and we are hopeful they will be a good fit for our puppies.

First time outside
The puppies all got their first glimpse of the outdoors this weekend. The weather was in the high 50's this past weekend so we decided to take them out to see how they liked the outdoors. They played for about 15 minutes and then decided to go to sleep in the grass. I guess a few minutes of play time wore them out.
We also this week we started introducing them to the outside immediately after their feeding giving them a chance to learn where they should potty. They are catching on very quickly.
They are also drinking water out of a bowl and becoming a little less reliant on their mother for milk. Even though they are eating and drinking, they still want their mommy's milk!

Red Boy Liam adopted 11/8/2019
Red Boy Liam was adopted to his forever home tonight. He will be going to a family in Catawba County. I believe Liam is going to be a Christmas Surprise. That is going to be so exciting for that family.
We sure hope that the families of all the puppies will send us a snapshot of them to us from time to time.
Puppy Updates
This past week all of the puppies have opened their eyes to see the world. They are beginning to realize they have a voice and their little barks are so cute. They are starting to play a little with each other by play biting. I also don't want to forget they are really starting to walk around better getting their puppy legs. Their individual personalities are come out and they are growing fast.
Also this past Monday, they all received their first dosage of deworming medication. We will have this all documented for you when you come to receive your puppy.
Stay tuned this weekend sometime, we will try to get some more photos of the puppies. we have several great families coming over through the weekend to select a puppy for their home so if you are at all interested, don't wait to much longer to get one selected and reserved.
Thank You
